Technology
Jieneng brand steam turbines mainly include two categories: power plant steam turbines and industrial drag steam turbines, covering more than ten series such as back pressure steam turbines, extraction condensing steam turbines, make-up condensing steam turbines, low-grade thermal energy steam turbines, and air-cooled steam turbines, which can meet the needs of different fields, industries, and users.
Our company's products are energy-saving and environmentally friendly products supported and recommended by the state, which comply with national policies on energy conservation, emission reduction, and circular economy development. The company has always adhered to the strategy of technology leading the market, adopted the international advanced modular design concept, and strictly implemented domestic and foreign standards such as GB, API, ASME, etc., achieving a series of fruitful innovative results. Especially in recent years, while stabilizing the development of normal power plant steam turbine products, the company has focused on the characteristics of low-temperature waste heat power generation steam turbine products in fields such as cement, steel, and garbage power plants, as well as the high speed and variable working conditions of industrial drag steam turbines. A series of key technologies and structures have been developed, breaking through a series of technical bottlenecks and significantly improving product performance and quality.
We have independently developed and applied patented technology achievements such as a supplementary steam turbine and its supplementary steam device, a steam turbine and its cylinder dehumidification device, a three-dimensional direct welding blade assembly welding system for steam turbines, a supplementary steam turbine, an extraction valve control system and steam turbine, an inlet chamber for a small steam turbine, and an exhaust cylinder for a small steam turbine (see the "Company Qualification" page for details). The overall efficiency and performance of the steam turbine have been significantly improved, steam consumption has been significantly reduced, and the comprehensive utilization rate of energy (especially low-temperature waste heat energy) has been greatly improved, which can reduce production costs and increase profits for customers, while also meeting energy-saving and emission reduction requirements.
The independently developed large-scale power plant drag feedwater pump steam turbine can adopt various types such as internal/external switching, single/double-layer layout, single/double end drive, fire-resistant/non fire-resistant oil system, etc., which can meet the requirements of different levels of power plant feedwater pump matching for 125-1000MW units. Currently, more than 100 units have been successfully operated.
The advanced 3600rpm (60HZ) power generation steam turbine can achieve direct connection between the steam turbine and the 60HZ generator, meeting the needs of customers in countries and regions with a power frequency of 60HZ. Currently, the product has started mass production and is exported to countries such as Brazil, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea.
The independently developed back pressure series (KB) quick installation low-power unit can cover a power range of 200-2300KW, with a compact structure, simple system, flexible speed changes, easy transportation and installation, safety and reliability, and overload capacity. It can be widely used to drive power plant feed pumps, industrial circulating water pumps and other fields.
The newly developed low-pressure heating network heater can be supplied as a complete set with steam turbine products, providing users with a one-time solution for power generation and heating, greatly reducing investment and operation costs, and shortening the construction period. At the same time, our company can also design and manufacture auxiliary equipment such as oil coolers and condensers for various types of pipes to meet the different water quality and system requirements of users.
While adhering to independent innovation, the company is accelerating the pace of joint venture cooperation. In April 2012, the company officially signed a cooperation agreement with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Japan. Leveraging Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' technological advantages, the company will jointly develop 50-200MW small and medium-sized steam turbines, as well as marine steam turbine products and markets below 10MW.
Continuous technological progress has formed a strong core competitiveness for the company, driving its rapid, healthy, and stable development.
