1. Design technology
(1) Static thyristor excitation series: Carbon brushes are centrally arranged in the soundproof brush holder at the excitation end, eliminating dust generated by the carbon brushes, reducing noise, and making the operating environment cleaner and more environmentally friendly.
(2) Brushless excitation series: Drawing on the design technology of French ALSTOM, the rotating rectifier device is installed at the outermost end, with a compact and reasonable unit structure and easy maintenance.
(3) Air cooled unit: Adopting the latest design technology of ALSTOM air-cooled steam turbine generator introduced by Harbin Power Plant, the main insulation of the stator bar is thinned and optimized to reduce the temperature rise of the stator coil. The rotor coil adopts a ventilation secondary slot ventilation direct cooling method to optimize the air volume distribution and reduce the coefficient of uneven temperature rise.
(4) Steam turbine generators with power levels above 15MW adopt a propeller fan structure to replace conventional centrifugal fans and improve cooling efficiency.
(5) The efficiency of the steam turbine generator has increased by more than 0.2% compared to the industry standard.
(6) The short-circuit ratio shall not be less than 0.5.

(9) The temperature rise of the rotor and stator is 5-6 ℃ lower than that of the same industry
2 Process technology
(1) Main insulation dressing room: fully enclosed and temperature controlled.
(2) The stator adopts integral vacuum pressure impregnation technology (VPI) to eliminate air gaps and corona corrosion of the main insulation, and to integrate the motor end with the slot to reduce vibration frequency.
(3)Experimental Station: Adopting a new technology of variable frequency test power supply.
(4)Using the potential outward shift method, detect the insulation quality of the stator coil nose end handguard.
